These Terms of Service govern your use of the SolarRise website (solarrise.site) and your engagement with SolarRise for solar panel installation and related services. SolarRise is a registered solar energy company operating from Djewels House, 2576/6 IInd Floor, Gurudwara Road, Beadonpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005, India. By using our website or contacting us for services, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Services
SolarRise is a professional solar panel installation and renewable energy solutions company. Our services include rooftop solar panel installation, solar system design, net metering assistance, PM Surya Ghar subsidy processing, solar battery storage integration, and annual maintenance contracts for residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR. SolarRise is not a financial services provider, lender, or investment advisor.
2. Service Enquiries and Bookings
Contacting SolarRise via WhatsApp, phone, or email constitutes a service enquiry. A binding service agreement is only formed upon signing a formal installation contract and payment of the agreed advance amount. Free site surveys are provided at no obligation and do not constitute a service commitment.
3. Pricing and Payment
All solar system prices are quoted after a free site survey and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Prices are inclusive of panels, inverter, mounting structure, wiring, and installation labour. Subsidy amounts are subject to government approval and disbursement timelines, which are outside SolarRise's control.
4. Installation Timeline
Standard residential solar installations are completed within 2 to 5 working days from the date of advance payment and material procurement. Timelines may vary for larger commercial installations or in cases of DISCOM approval delays for net metering.
5. Warranties
Solar panels carry a 25-year performance warranty and 10-year product warranty from the respective manufacturers. Inverters carry manufacturer warranties of 5 to 10 years. SolarRise provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installation work. Warranty claims are subject to normal usage conditions and exclusion of damage due to natural disasters, tampering, or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
SolarRise's liability is limited to the value of the installation contract. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from solar system performance variations due to weather conditions, grid outages, or factors beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
